SHANGHAI, Nov. 21, 2019 (Xinhua) -- Activities were held across China on the occasion of World Children's Day 2019, which fell on Wednesday. The World Children's Day, set by the United Nations on Nov. 20 every year, aims to promote the protection of children and also the welfare and education of them, and advance the awareness of children's rights.
