ISLAMABAD, June 19 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan's central bank foreign exchange reserves rose by 46 million U.S. dollars during the week ending on June 13, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said on Thursday.
According to a statement issued by the central bank, SBP's reserves increased to 11.72 billion dollars, up from 11.68 billion dollars a week earlier.
The net foreign exchange reserves held by commercial banks stood at 5.28 billion dollars, the statement added.
Pakistan's total liquid foreign reserves reached approximately 17 billion dollars as of June 13, the bank added. ■
