OTTAWA, June 19 (Xinhua) -- A rockslide at Bow Glacier Falls in Banff National Park, Canada, struck several hikers and left at least one person dead, CTV reported Thursday.

Parks Canada said the rockslide occurred roughly 37 km north of Lake Louise, along the Icefields Parkway (Highway 93 North).

Emergency services have been dispatched, and no further details are available at this time, the report said. ■
